How do I access the digital products I have purchased?

All digital downloads will be sent to you via email once payment has been received. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

How do I download my digital product?

Whether you are on a mobile device or a PC, you simply click the download link in the email you received and it will download automatically. You should then be able to open the folder that you downloaded it to and view the product. A simple google search can give you step by step instructions if you need further assistance.

I didn’t realize I ordered a digital product. May I have a refund?

I try to be very clear and detailed in my descriptions of the products available. Unfortunately, once payment goes through for a digital download, you have already received it and there will be no refund.

My church choir wants to sing one of your songs. May I purchase a single copy and make copies?

A lot of people don’t know, but this is illegal. If you purchase sheet music from my website, that purchase allows you to make four copies. Please adjust the quantity of the product to how many you actually need. I appreciate your honesty.

I would like to record one of your songs. What do I need to do?

Please fill out a request for a mechanical license here. This goes for physical and digital products, (downloadable or streaming.)

My church live streams its services and we sometimes sing your songs. What do we need to do?

If your church has a CCLI license, please make sure the license covers video streaming and that my songs are listed in your regular CCLI reporting. 

Your soundtracks/sheet music are not in my vocal range. Can you make another one in a different key?

I outsource these products and for the most part, I generally have them produced in the original key we sing them in. It’s difficult to know what key fits best for individual customers so I have found this is the most cost effective way for me. There are always exceptions, so feel free to contact me and we can discuss if this is a possibility!

Does your family travel to sing?

Our family has traveled in the past, but due to our current work situation, we are unable to do so now. Our prayer is that one day the Lord will allow us to travel again.

Can you make an exception for us on singing? What about local churches/meetings?

We try to be fair to everyone and we like to be with our home church on Sundays. We truly appreciate every request, and hope you understand our position.
